# nanohype

> A Kubernetes-native, AWS-native agent factory. nanohype deploys a production
> agent platform — the substrate, the guardrails, and a first production app —
> onto your own AWS account, stood up and explained end to end rather than handed
> over as a repo to reverse-engineer.

nanohype is an agent factory: it builds and ships AI-agent platforms on Kubernetes
and AWS. The public site (https://nanohype.dev) is a deployment funnel, not a
self-serve product page — the primary action is to book an engagement by email.

Every build on the stack is graded A–F across ten quality dimensions, each read
through a named lens (the canonical thinker or framework for that dimension), with
an evidence gate: a verdict with no captured command output and quoted source is
downgraded to a reject.

## What you get (lead engagement)

- The substrate, on your AWS: landing zone (VPC, IAM, KMS, DNS), EKS, the
  agent-platform control plane, and the gitops addon catalog — running in your
  account, yours to keep.
- One production app: a Platform tenant built to your brief — Helm chart, Platform
  CR, gitops entry, observability and security wired in. Reachable from Claude via
  MCP if it should be.
- A real handoff: a runbook, a walkthrough of exactly what you got and why, and the
  clone-and-extend path so your team keeps building without us.

## Engagement shapes

- Platform + first app, live in weeks (lead offer).
- Tenant-app build — just the app, onto a cluster you already run.
- Substrate only — the platform stood up; your team builds the apps.
- Advisory / retainer — reviews, new tenants, on-call once you're running.
- Scope and price are set per conversation; there is no public price list.
